Bio

School, House, and Year Graduated: Hogwarts, Gryffindor, 1970

Physical Description: She is around five feet five inches tall, and described in the books as a kindfaced woman, short and plump. She has auburn hair nearly the same shade as her husband's, which she has recently had cut, dyed and highlighted to get rid of her grays.

Magic emphasis: Molly's strong points are potions and charms.

Magic weakness: She's somewhat weak with Defense Against the Dark Arts, but she's still more than capable of defending herself should the need arise.

Molly lost her brothers Fabian and Gideon Prewett in the first war, who were three years older than her when she was five months pregnant with her last child and only daughter, Ginny. Also, her third son, Percy, is kept rather close to her heart, due to complications that nearly cost not only her own life, but his as well during her labor and delivery. She also had two miscarriages between Charlie and Percy, which have made her thankful for the children she has, and have caused her to be protective of her family.

Molly met and fell in love with her husband, Arthur Weasley, who is two years her senior, while she was attending Hogwarts. Due to their age difference, Molly saw her sweetheart approximately once every two to three months as per orders of the Headmaster at the time, Albus Dumbledore, her last two years in school. With less than five months left in her seventh and final year, she and Arthur conceived their eldest child, Bill. Due to the event, Arthur's visits to the castle were summarily banned, except for one final visit during which Molly told him she was pregnant. As she was Head Girl, she had to split the duties with the runner-up, and was subjected to the Headmaster's and her Head of House's wrath.

She and Arthur married on July 8,1970 and moved into their current home, The Burrow, shortly afterwards. The house was a wedding gift from her brothers, and she has admitted on more than one occasion that their generous gift has saved them from major financial burden on more than one occasion.
